Thank you for your interest in participating in the Event . Tickets are issued subject to the following conditions:
1. By opting to register for the Event or purchase tickets to the Event, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below, please do not register for the Event, purchase the tickets or try to enter the Event premises.
2. Once confirmed, ticket sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, upgrades or cancellations are available except as required by law.
3. Tickets are issued on behalf of Livespot360 and subject to the conditions applicable to the event and/or the venue where the event is presented.
4. You may purchase multiple tickets however such purchase does not authorize or entitle you to engage in “Above the line” or “Below the line” consumer engagement, reward-based promotions, or campaigns with the tickets.
5. The right of admission is reserved by Livespot360. You acknowledge and understand that the ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event, which is subject to revocation and denial of admission without compensation for any reason, including, but not limited to, your attempted or actual violation of any of the clauses set forth herein, policy or regulations and for any other action taken by you in violation of any applicable law, or that may endanger other ticketholders.
6. Late arrival may result in non-admittance.
7. Livespot360 reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programs, prices, timing, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity for the Event provided that where there is a change to the timing or the venue for the Event, Livespot360 shall provide you with prior notice.
8. Cameras, audio and video recorders may not be brought into the venue of the Event except where expressly authorised.
9. We may, at our discretion, choose to photograph, film, broadcast or record the Event. By purchasing the ticket, you grant us an irrevocable licence to use and sublicense the use of your name, voice, likeness, image and any contribution made by you at or to the Event in any and all media (whether now known or hereinafter invented) throughout the world and in perpetuity.
10. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from any authorised points of sale.
11. You must not transfer, assign, re-sell or offer the ticket for re-sale at a premium (including via online auction sites). If a ticket is issued in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
12. If the Event is cancelled in whole, or in part, due to a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), You will not be entitled to a refund. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Livespot360 may issue, at its sole and absolute discretion, give a partial or full refund of your Ticket. A “Force Majeure Event” shall mean an act of God, act of terrorism, earthquake, wildfire, flood, tsunami, strike, epidemic, pandemic or other labor condition or dispute, an order or injunction of any court or administrative body or any other act of public authority, severe weather threatening the safety of Event attendees or similar contingency or unexpected event, and any such occurrence beyond the reasonable control of Livespot360. You understand that in all instances, the maximum remedy You may receive for any cancellation of the Event, if any, will be the face value of your Ticket.
13. By entering the Event, you assume any and all risk and/or danger, known and unknown, foreseeable and unforeseeable, resulting from, or incidental to, the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the Event, including, but not limited to, any personal injury or loss, damage or liability whatsoever.
14. You must submit Your Ticket for validation upon entry into the Event.
15. Entry into the Event is limited to persons that meet the minimum age requirements on or before the day of the Event. To enter the Event, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older. You may be required to provide a valid means of identification as proof that you meet the minimum age requirement.
16. IN NO EVENT WILL LIVESPOT360, THEIR SUPPLIERS, ADVERTISERS AND SPONSORS, BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR, AND YOU HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVE ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, DIRECT, INDIRECT, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR OTHER DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, AND ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED, ARISING OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH, THE EVENT OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE PURCHASED AT THE EVENT.
17. You hereby consent to medical care and transportation in order to obtain treatment in the Event of injury as Event staff, security, police or medical professionals may deem appropriate in their reasonable discretion
18. You shall not bring to the venue of the Event any of the following items:
(i) Weapons of any kind;
(ii) Fireworks;
For your safety and the safety of other ticketholders or persons at the venue of the Event, Livespot360 and its agents or any persons acting on its behalf reserve the right to security searches on your person or belongings as they deem appropriate.
